JAX Home Network

Not Every Contractor
Makes the Cut.

JAX Home Network exists because the trades industry in Northeast Florida has a trust problem. We built a standard to fix it.

The JHN Standard

Why Standards Matter

Most contractor directories will list anyone who pays. We don't work that way.

Every company in the JHN network has been reviewed, verified, and approved by our internal panel before a single homeowner is ever connected to them. That process isn't a formality — it's the foundation of everything JHN stands for.

When a homeowner comes to us scared and confused, holding a $6,000 estimate they don't understand — the last thing they need is a directory that doesn't know who it's recommending.

That's why every JHN partner is vetted, verified, and accountable. No exceptions.

What We Require

The JHN Vetting Requirements

Every JHN Partner must meet all of the following before approval:

Licensed & Verified

All partners must hold current, valid licenses for their trade in the state of Florida. We verify directly — we don't take anyone's word for it.

Fully Insured

Every partner must carry active E&O insurance, general liability, and all required coverage. Homeowners deserve to know they're protected if something goes wrong.

Google Review Minimum

We review each company's Google rating and review history. Patterns of complaints, unresolved issues, or suspiciously thin review history are all disqualifying factors.

Internal Panel Approval

Every applicant goes through JHN's internal review. We look at reputation, history, community standing, and how they treat customers. A license alone doesn't get you in.

Ongoing Accountability

Approval isn't permanent. JHN monitors partner performance and reserves the right to remove any partner who no longer meets our standards. Homeowner complaints are always taken seriously.

For Homeowners

What This Means For You

When JHN connects you with a partner, you're not getting a random result from an algorithm. You're getting a company that has been looked at, verified, and approved by people who are accountable to you — not to the contractor.

  • Every partner is licensed and insured before you ever see their name
  • JHN has no financial incentive to send you to any specific contractor
  • If a partner doesn't perform, we hear about it — and we act on it
  • You always have the option to get a second opinion before you commit

For Partners

What the JHN Seal Means

Being a JHN Partner means something. It means you've met a standard that most companies in this market haven't been held to. It means homeowners who find you through JHN already trust you before you walk through their door.

That trust is worth protecting. We take it seriously — and so should you.
