We help homeowners make smart decisions before they approve major repairs or replacements — connecting them to vetted, licensed contractors they can trust. Our service is completely free for homeowners.

Nothing. JHN is a free service for every NE Florida homeowner. You can access our glossary, blog, contractor directory, and submit a second opinion request at no cost. Our JHN Shield membership ($95/year) is optional and provides enhanced benefits — but the core service is always free.

Simply fill out the form on our homepage with your name, contact info, the trade you need help with, and a description of what you've been told. A JHN team member will review your situation and connect you with a vetted partner in your area. The whole process takes less than a minute to start.

We're more than a referral service. We're an advocate. We educate homeowners first — through our glossary, blog, and second opinion process — so they understand what they're being told before they commit. When we connect you to a partner, it's because we've vetted them, not because they paid the highest referral fee.

JHN Shield is our annual homeowner membership at $95/year. Shield members get priority partner connections, up to 3 quote reviews per year, second opinion guarantee, scam alert watchlist access, annual home service checklist, members-only partner pricing, and a JHN Shield digital card. It's less than $8 a month and pays for itself the first time it saves you from a bad decision.

Every JHN partner must pass our vetting process — verified Florida trade license, active E&O and liability insurance, minimum Google review threshold, and internal panel approval. We monitor partner performance ongoing and reserve the right to remove any partner who doesn't meet our standards. See our full vetting requirements on the Our Standards page.

JHN currently serves Northeast Florida — including Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and surrounding areas. We are expanding to additional Southeast markets in 2026.

The JHN Partner Program gives licensed, vetted contractors access to NE Florida homeowners who are already educated, already ready to hire, and already trust JHN to send them the best. We offer two tiers — Premier Partner and Elite Partner — with different levels of access, visibility, and exclusivity.

Premier Partners ($400/month, 3-month minimum) get rotation-based homeowner connections and a JHN website listing. Elite Partners ($4,000/year) get exclusive positioning — one per trade per zone — with a dedicated JHN page, direct website links, review portal access, and priority homeowner connections. Elite partners are the #1 recognized authority for their trade in their zone.

Partners who join before June 1, 2026 lock in 20% off — Elite at $4,000/year (normally $5,000) and Premier at $400/month (normally $500/month). Pre-sale partners are also grandfathered as Legacy Partners and will always pay the founding price. Your dedicated page goes live immediately — the membership clock starts June 1st.

Elite spots are strictly limited — one per trade per zone (North and South NE Florida). There are 8 Elite spots total across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Solar. Premier spots are also limited per trade per zone. Once a zone fills, the next available spot goes on a waitlist.

No. JHN is not a lead broker. We don't sell recycled leads to multiple companies simultaneously. We connect homeowners who are already in our network — educated, vetted, and ready — to the one partner we trust in their area. That's a fundamentally different model from Angi, HomeAdvisor, or similar services.
